Here are a few of my favourites from Craig and Loretta's wedding at the Oakley Court Hotel in Windsor. We were blessed with blue skies and dry weather but it was icy cold!
Craig and Loretta are a fantastic couple with a great bunch of friends and family, it really was a fantastic day.

What a month!! The Nikon D4 and D800 both on a pre order! I have ore ordered a D4 as I did not expect the D800 to be a low light device (well on a par with the D3/D4) and this seems to be the case.
The sensor now boasts a huge 36.3 million pixels with a native ISO range of 100-6400. So where does this camera fit into the Nikon range? I would think it would be a fantastic camera for landscape photographers, for using in the studio and in general where you are not shooting in lower light levels.
All in all it looks like a great camera at a fantastic price point, looking forward to the hand on reviews to start filtering through.

Lauren and Duncan will be getting married at Osterley Park House and then onto The Lensbury in Teddington for their wedding reception. Both locations offer fantastic oppurtunities to capture some incredible wedding photos.
Osterley House is a National Trust run palace and has been described as 'the Palce of palaces' and is also one of the last remaining country estates in London.
Thank you again for booking me to share your big day guys!
One of the biggest problems for wedding photographers has always been carrying the amount of equipment that’s required for a
wedding without feeling like you have been run over by a truck at the end of the day.
Thankfully Andy Cotton, a landscape photographer from Canada has designed a carrying system that will allow us to carry 2 cameras with lenses and lots of accessories with relative ease and comfort.
A huge congratulations to Amy and David who will be getting maerried at Cooling castle barn. I met with them a little while go and what a great couple, cannot wait for the big day!
Look forward to seeing you both again soon for the pre wedding shoot!
The Nikon D4 camera has finally been announced and will be shipping on the 16th February 2012 but will wedding photographers be ordering one and what does it mean for my clients ?

Bridesmaids are important in a wedding because they are there to assist the bride on her special day. These ladies are
usuallythe closest friends that the bride chose to walk with her and lend her support during this significant event in her life. So if you're the bride, it's good if you pay special attention to your bridesmaids. There are lots of ways you can show your appreciation for their role in your wedding. Apart from making them look beautiful and elegant in your wedding by having them styled in pretty dresses and accessorised in stylish jewellery, you can also give them bridesmaids gifts to show your thankfulness and appreciation.
There are an infinite number of possibilities for your wedding reception site. Where you get married should represent your style; it
should fit into the image you had envisioned yourself since the first day you started planning your wedding.
Have you ever wondered why Jennifer Lopez had made such a great impact on her movie, "The Wedding Planner?" This
is because most people, after watching the film, had finally realized the importance of hiring a wedding planner.
When it comes to choosing wedding flowers, many brides may know the wedding flower they want in their own bouquet, but
are a little mystified about the rest of the wedding flowers needed to fill out the ceremony and reception.
Before we start, yes I know I am a wedding photographer and no I am most certainly not a jeweller but this is very important for all you boys out there planning to pop the question. I have taken the mystery out of the diamond buying process to save you the trouble, hope you find it of use.
When choosing a diamond ring, you have to consider the 4 Cs to ensure that you are buying the right quality and the right
style of diamond for you. They are Cut, Carat, Colour, and Clarity.
When school girls spend their maths class daydreaming of weddings (instead of winning the World Cup -- not to say you can't
do both :)), what do they dream of first? The perfect wedding dress, of course: a gown in white satin with a bustle and sweeping train, the perfect embellishments, and the perfect shoes. Wedding Photography and the Wedding photographer will often be selected after, once the theme of the wedding has been chosen.
Wedding Photography – Why choosing the right photographer is important for your special day
It’s said that a wedding will be the best day of your life. Many lovers sit around dreaming of the day their partner will take that faithful leap and propose, to promise to dedicate themselves to one another in sickness, health and for the rest of their lives. Whilst there are many things to consider leading up the big day, you should always take care when choosing your wedding photographer.

Well after a fantastic but very busy year with Wedding Photography, I thought it was time to spend some time with a very special little person, Charlie. So with my assistant with camera in hand and me the other side of it for a change, Charlie and I spent an hour or so in the studio and Charlie well and truly showed daddy who was boss!! It was great fun and when his cousin Freddie arrived it made for a great afternoon.
